the big set comes with 1 big box of beads (approx 2x of the small box), 2 small boxes of letters, and 2 rolls of string.

each box of beads comes with: 21 different coloured beads, 3 different pearl charms, 2 floral charms.
 
FYI -- some beads may have their holes covered by paint - just use a sharp object to poke through the holes. be careful not to hurt yourself!
